Bank Updation – Mutual Fund

Requirements

1. Form: Signed copy of the form to update bank details 
2. Proof: For both the old and new bank, you require any ONE of the following – 

  • Cancalled cheque with name printed
  • Self attested copy of latest bank statement or passbook with current entries not older than 3 months
  • Letter from Bank signed by Branch manager/authorized signatory certifying bank details of investor

Steps to update:

  1. Download attached form – Change of Bank Form
  2. Fill the details in the table for Old and New Bank. All the details are mentioned on cheque leaflet itself
  3. Let your RM know or email us at wealth@consortiumsecurities.com and we will get the form collected and processed with the respective Mutual Funds
In case of Joint or Anyone or Survivor (AOS), the bank account updation forms needs to be signed by ALL investors.
